We used regular spoons to serve ice cream during our family movie night. With a regular spoon, we had to wait for the ice cream to thaw a bit because it was too difficult to take straight out of the freezer, especially when it was half a bucket. And what usually happened was that no one remembered that the ice cream was still in the kitchen and it melted before the movie was over. This ice cream scoop has sharper edges than regular spoons, and if we dip it in water for a few seconds, it scoops up half a bucket of our ice cream, just like tofu! Thanks for the great work.
