ServiceWhale is a great tool for any contractor. They have a great customer service team. I like that they are able to offer free quotes for estimates and they also have a free app for contractors to use. I dont like that the app is not as easy to use as I would like. The free quotes are a great feature and I like how they are able to provide an estimate on the spot. I dont like that I have to wait for the estimate to be completed before I am able to pay. I also dont like that I cant pay until I have an estimate. I would recommend this product to any contractor that needs to provide estimates to homeowners. I am able to provide estimates to homeowners in a matter of minutes. This saves them time and money.
