Review on Upgrade Your Audio Experience with Samsung Galaxy Buds+ Plus: True Wireless Earbuds with Improved Battery and Call Quality in White, including Wireless Charging Case and Velvet Pouch. by Kio Flyx ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

There are disadvantages, but the product is usable.

At first, the volume was not enough, but the problem was solved by turning on "Sound volume synchronization". This switch is very far hidden and can be found by going to Settings, then Connections, after that Bluetooth, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the screen, and there will already be an item "Sync. sound volume". I will not write it down as a disadvantage, but I will note that in the acoustic transparency mode, some sounds are amplified, which should not be amplified. Since this mode is designed primarily to hear the speech of other people, then I definitely would not expect that the sound of rotation of the blades of the air conditioner in the office will be amplified, which is not audible at all live, and in these headphones with "transparency" turned on it becomes You can hear every turn of the screw. In addition, the wind and the rustling of packages intensify, and I think that the list is not exhausted by this. Probably, the manufacturer should have thought better about the filter device, which is responsible for transmitting sounds in transparency mode.

Pros
  • The earbuds look good, hold a charge for a long time and work great when paired with the Samsung S8. Softina for them shows the charge level as a percentage: for each earphone and case, this is also a plus. The sound is pleasant, not particularly bass. There is an acoustic transparency mode with an adjustable degree of amplification of external sounds.
Cons
  • 1. The headphones had to be warmed up in order for them to start sounding properly (before that, I had first-generation AirPods, and they played fine right after purchase). 2. The built-in software has a strange equalizer, which has presets, but the frequency response of these presets is not shown. 3. Sometimes, at certain positions of the case in the bag, one earpiece slightly moves away from the contacts and connects to the phone, the reason for this is seen in the loose fit of the cover. 4. Insufficient flexibility of touch panel settings. It is extremely difficult to insert headphones into your ears without touching these panels, and because of this, unwanted single clicks occur. The specific problem is the inability to turn off single clicks, while keeping double clicks (which are very convenient to turn on the acoustic transparency mode), you can only completely disable the touchpad, which I had to do in the end. - ate after 9 months of use: I ran into a problem that one earpiece fell off and does not connect. As it turned out, the fact is that after a "deep" discharge, the case ceases to understand that an earpiece is connected to it and, accordingly, does not charge it. The problem was solved (there are guides on YouTube) without much difficulty, but the very fact of such an unreliable technical solution forces me to remove one star from the review, so now not 4, but 3 out of 5.
