This software is very easy to use and does not have too many options that can confuse you. It helps me see all my data at once so I am able to quickly make sure everything looks correct. The only thing i dislike about this program is when it freezes up for no reason. Please do yourself a favor and try using this software. You will be glad you did! We're solving problems we didn't know existed by creating better visibility into our business processes. It's a great tool to manage our service desk tickets. The interface is very simple and intuitive. It can be used by non technical people as well. I don't have any dislikes about it. It would be great if the system could be integrated with some other products like JIRA. We use this tool to track all ticket related activities. This allows us to keep track of the progress of each ticket and also to escalate them to the right person at the right time.
