This product is tough but not too big to carry, it breaks. It's sturdy and strong enough to support my husband while it stretches. My husband has terrible back pain. He usually stretches first thing in the morning. Sometimes he calls me into the room and asks me to press his legs to his head. I don't always have time for that. So I searched for something to help him and here is the result. It can alter the height of the arch of the foot as pain subsides and strength and flexibility increase. He's happy, so I'm happy.
