Great for keeping EHRs up to date! Easy access from phone/tablet as well as desktop computer. Sometimes it takes too long for the program to recognize my handwritten notes after I've typed them into the software using the keyboard. Take your time when typing into this application so text is perfectly aligned in both directions. Keeping track of patient visits by recording all information they give me and their history during each visit including physical exam findings. This keeps everything organized. The software is very user friendly and has many features for ease of use. It also provides excellent customer support which I appreciate. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer than other programs but not too long as well. I have used this program since 2014 and there was nothing about it that I disliked at all! Great product overall. Nothing really. Just great quality and helpful staff if needed. Easy to learn how to navigate through the application. Makes medical documentation much easier.
