As I eat a lot of plant based foods I eat a lot of veggies and greens. What I particularly liked were the instructions included as well as one of the best videos I have ever seen. There is no doubt about how to use it successfully. A larger bowl and colander are also good. The pump is easy to use and very efficient. A word of caution. It spins quickly, so when you stop pumping, it's best to hold onto the container as it will take a few seconds for it to stop and allow the bowl to move. Finally I like the design as you can pack everything together so it's a nice handy feature. Haven't used the chopper yet, but am looking forward to it. The only wish is that the bowl was glass. Yes you can find a spinner cheaper but for now I think it's worth the extra money.
