This is a terrible product. This is my third water filter with a polyurethane sink; the first lasted a couple of years, the second less than a year and this one was delivered five months ago and has fallen apart inside and is spouting water in all directions. I spent extra money on a chrome model, assuming it would be metal and not leaking through cracks like the last plastic model, and figured I'd love the iPhone app - not that useful. I'm a single adult man, I live alone with my dog, so I'm not abusing these filters in any way. I am so disappointed. I need a reliable product to filter my water as the tap water I live in smells like bleach, I would rather not ingest as much chlorine and I don't want myself or my dog getting sick.
