When I received this product the glass was completely broken although the packaging was intact. I tried contacting customer service to get a replacement and it sent me on a sneaky mission that I've yet to solve. On the other hand, the size of the product is larger than I expected, so it was great. Out of curiosity I tried some unbroken ones and I thought it was pretty good! The taste is pleasant and strong, the taste is much better than regular salt and pepper. It should be. A good housewarming gift, if that's the way it is, of course.
