Easy to clean, make sure the screw is sticking out of the handle
This pan works very well. We grill teriyaki chicken with peppers and onions and it turns pretty black. Unlike our old skillet, which wasn't copper, this skillet wipes clean fairly easily. The only problem we had was the grip. The screw was sticking out and my husband and I stabbed ourselves before realizing the problem. I hope this is just a production issue. We didn't want to return it, so we just sign it π€·ββοΈ
