As mentioned by others, the plate installs with the BOTTOM hole, not the top. Installation took about 5 minutes, the screws provided are 9/16 and the screw for the diff corner piece is 14mm and is very tight. I used an impact wrench to loosen it as my impact wrench wasn't enough. Definitely happy and now I can use my dump truck with my Honda Recon.
