Review on ThruNite by Christopher Hicks

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Put some light on the unsatisfactory service provided by ThruNite.

I recently made the decision to give ThruNite a shot for my illumination requirements, but unfortunately, their service was not up to my expectations, and I was left in the dark. To begin, their website resembles a trash drawer in terms of its level of organization. It took me an eternity to track down the floodlight I was looking for, and it took me even longer to figure out how to complete the purchase in their baffling system. The final straw, however, was when I got my purchase in the mail. The flashlight that I was given appeared to have been through some sort of dangerous environment, as it was scratched, dented, and just plain unsightly. In addition, when I called customer support, the representatives were about as helpful as a light bulb that had burned out. To get a refund was as difficult as pulling teeth, and even after I did, I still had to leap through hoops just to get my money back. In the realm of internet retailers, I would characterize ThruNite as more of a dim bulb than anything else. I would advise you to search elsewhere if you are seeking a trustworthy company that is known for producing high-quality goods and providing outstanding customer service.
