I like that you can customize everything in your website/app, from design elements all way down to how information is presented, right up until its launch! The customer service has been excellent so far as well - they're very quick with responses (even when we didn't know what questions or problems were being addressed). We've launched our app within 2 weeks of approval by them but are still working out some kinks before fully launching into production mode; this was not something planned at first because there isn’t much documentation about apps written specifically towards universities which made us feel somewhat lost during development process. However overall experience thusfar good enough reason why i would recommend others using univibenetwork services if looking forward building an application similar in nature.
