You can't fry in this wok!
If you think you want to deep fry, this wok is not for you. The temp setting claims it hits 400, which should be hot enough, but the oil doesn't get hot. If you cook at lower temperatures, everything is fine. An annoying feature: Why does the temperature control have to be hidden right under the handle? Many electric stoves are designed this way. This involves craning your neck or trying to lean into the right position to see the dial and then run your fingers through the slot to change it. When you're cooking more than one dish and your hands are full, it's annoying.
