Great for our country cat outdoors! He has a small house in our attached garage that is not fully insulated or heated. A thermal house for a kitten is on a shelf in the corner. When it gets under 30 I turn it on for a year and when it's cold outside we find Country Cat. We live in Minnesota and we had freezing temperatures last year and Country Cat was fine. In fact last year I went out to feed him sometimes when it was freezing cold and he was inside and the little plastic door was all sweaty from his internal breathing - warming up nicely! I feel good that he has his own space to keep warm. I recommend this to everyone!
