Easy tool that everyone should try at least once

The best thing about guide cx software, it's ease in use for both customer service reps as well as users (customers).

It also has an easy-to-use dashboard which helps us keep track with our customers' requests/issues we are solving or working upon right now! I don't think there really anything bad i can say here because everything works fine so far but maybe some minor bugs could be fixed if they have time :D But overall this product is great! We manage all issues related to different products from one place using their cloud technology called 'Guide C X'.

Pros
  • Easy accessibility via mobile phone.
  • Very user friendly interface compared other apps used previously by my organization at least,
  • Lots more information that you need than just having access through your account alone like what happened before etc.,
  • Has lots functions such tracking tickets history / case management system ,.etc,..and many others..but mostly its very

  • Almost everything is ok
