The best thing about guide cx software, it's ease in use for both customer service reps as well as users (customers).
It also has an easy-to-use dashboard which helps us keep track with our customers' requests/issues we are solving or working upon right now! I don't think there really anything bad i can say here because everything works fine so far but maybe some minor bugs could be fixed if they have time :D But overall this product is great! We manage all issues related to different products from one place using their cloud technology called 'Guide C X'.
