Bought for an upcoming trip to Thailand where I plan to wear minimal makeup. I figured that with a small makeup bag, I would have fewer things to carry and it would be easier for me to fit in our travel bags. It definitely suits my needs in that department - I had to reconsider what items I want to take with me to make sure everything fits. The fabric is a bit cheap but the zipper works well and I like the separate compartments. All my brushes, eyeliner, mascara etc. They fit perfectly and weren't too long. I found the mirror a bit useless because it's so small and I have the best mirror in my powder compact.
