I left a much longer review of the HL-L8360CDW printer which I purchased at the same time as this toner. In short, I will not buy any Brother products. I bought this toner when I bought the printer as a backup. 92 days later and found out there is a 90 day warranty and the printer won't print. They send another toner. Still no pressure. If you buy two different toners, what are the chances that both will not work? Insanity. 10 days of terrible customer service, hours of calls, and I have a printer that won't print and extra toner that I bought. I ended up spending over $450 for a printer that lasted 92 days and Brother's only support was to send me more toner. Ouch! I'll be having a moment at the office soon and I hope it clears up!
