This tutu skirt is adorable! It's soft and has a lot of layers, making it very full. Go for size. The waistband is made of stretch jersey, which makes it soft and comfortable. The belt is small, so if your child is a bit too heavy, it will probably be too tight. The skirt held up well when my daughter played and jumped on the trampoline.
