The ability for my team members to be able to use this product from their own workstations is great! From there they can access it via our network or cloud which saves us time during audits as well as being able to easily share information with clients when needed.

I wish you could have more customizable fields so there was no need to re-enter info over again - but other than those minor issues everything works perfectly!! It's been easy to implement since it allows everyone involved (managers/employees) to see how each person does within his/her responsibilities without having to rely upon written reports sent home at night/weekends etc.
