I was very skeptical about buying remanufactured toner. I've mostly (not sometimes, but mostly) had problems with it (leaks, etc.) in the past. But the price difference for them was so big (70% cheaper than new OEMs for example) and the return policy seemed good so I decided to give it another try. I'm VERY glad I did. Cartridges are OEM (Brother) remanufactured and look like new. I've only been using them for a few days, but so far they're working great. And they came in very nice and streamlined packaging with a welcome email that shows the seller genuinely cares about their brand and reputation and customer experience and tries to build long-term relationships with their customers. And they emailed the order to make sure I was 100% satisfied.
