Make sure your vehicle can use both suspension methods.
I suspect that the hangar on the handle cannot be installed in most cars, the gap of the plastic plug is not large (I measured the thickness of the handle, it should fit), but due to the Fact that the handle doesn't hang straight down, not enough room for the hook. Plan to use the hangar for travel. I had to strap it to the railing with straps because the metal hangars had detached from the hooks during the voyage.
