The customer service is excellent! They are available to answer questions immediately via email or phone call during business hours which I find very helpful when getting answers from them outside of working hrs/office location (which can be difficult). A few things - it would help if there were more templates for pages as well so that you could make changes quickly without having too many options open at once; also we need an option in our dashboard where all sessions have been completed but not yet published online versus still being "work" items needing input before publishing. It's hard sometimes knowing what needs updating vs waiting until after they publish your site content because someone else has already done some work within their Dashboard section prior to yours coming up next week etc.). Our agency uses this program extensively across multiple states since most therapy providers use different products throughout each state. This product works great along side other.
