Review on Virtual Gurus by Chad Blanchet
Great to see that there are people who recognize how difficult it is to get an actual business off the ground, especially when you are running a solo entrepreneur.
With that said, we have been working with Virtual Gurus since November 2018 and I am very happy with the service they have provided thus far. We needed a number of things accomplished, including managing invoices, filing taxes, scheduling appointments, etc. But most importantly, I was looking for someone who could actually help me with my social media posts and assist with blogging. That’s why we selected Virtual Gurus. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a little extra help and advice. The only thing I wish was different was that they offer some sort of tutorial so new clients can learn about the various services they offer, but overall, I love working with Virtual Gurus!
Pros
- They are always available to answer questions and give feedback as they come in.
- I like the way that everything is streamlined and the client experience is easy to understand.
Cons
- Not much documentation is offered on their website.
- Some of the marketing services may be too basic.
- Clients are not notified via email of any activity unless the client contacts the company.
