The app is easy for customers to access when they need it most! It's also very user friendly! I love that you can add multiple codes per account so if someone calls from another number you don't have to keep entering new information each time. Sometimes there are issues with text messages not being sent out after an initial attempt; however this has never been a problem where we've used other texting apps. We use Smart Lead Captures to send out texts about our products/services and specials. This allows us to reach many more people than just those who call into our office. We've found it helpful to utilize different types of communication methods like emailing forms and posting flyers around town as well.
