Not the best stem broke and bubbles came out

So my first 2 didn't fit properly and then when I continued to fix it because the bubbles wouldn't come out it lost the adhesive and then the 3rd one I have now I've only had it 2 weeks and it just jumped out of nowhere, so bad I need to hurry up and order a diff brand before I head off to vacuum in a few days.
