My ISP-approved Wi-Fi modem was slow and disconnected frequently no matter how many times I restarted it. So I bought an AC1200 Smart Wi-Fi Router to try and save money by not renting a device from my ISP. It was a good move because the AC1200 Smart Wi-Fi Router is excellent and connects quickly and easily. I can easily stream all my favorite shows and music videos. It is very easy for guests to use Wi-Fi with a simple touch. I connected this router to my modem's ethernet port and it worked great. I don't know if the ISP can slow down the speed of my approved modem, but with this router connected to the ethernet port, I finally got the speed I pay my ISP for and saved a lot of money.
