I love the concept of these earrings with not having anything poking at my neck. I put the large one in my mid-earlobe piercing in my right ear. That was relatively easy, although I had to have my daughter screw the front one with her small hands, and I really like it. I then tried to put the middle-sized one in my left ear in my upper cartilage piercing. I got the back side through the hole, but there was absolutely no way to hold the tiny little stone, put it into the tube and screw it in, especially with my upper earlobe in the way. I tried, my husband tried, my daughter tried, and my son tried. I did like these enough to go back and order the longer ones to see if that helps, although I worry that that then won't solve the problem of hair getting caught. At least I like them enough to save and use in my regular earlobe piercings that are easier to reach.
