Great Software to keep track and organize internal communications between colleagues

I like that it allows for multiple people in each file without having duplicate copies of documents floating around within an organization's system or emailing back-and forth all day long! Very easy interface once one gets used with using this software; however there are some minor bugs here &there but nothing major at least as far how they impact daily useability/efficiency etc.. The best part about iDMr soo Far has been being able see what my team mates have done since we're not always connected by computer together throughout our shifts (we work 4 12hr days).

Also very helpful to keep track if someone missed any steps when changing into different positions especially during training periods where staff can only be trained from 1 position per week instead than 2
