I was looking for a nice sturdy book bag for my daughter to take to kindergarten. After receiving it, it wasn't that bad. I figured the material would stretch and not be as tight once I started using it. It's not there yet, but I can still use it. I bought this bag in December 2018 and the strap has already snapped. The little pink plastic broke off. I don't even know how it happened. I assume I'll have to buy a new plastic part at some point, but I've now bought a new bag from a different company. Thank you for trying to sell a good product.
