Review on NUCKILY by Jeff Olson

As an experienced member of the athletics business, I was let down by NUCKILY. While they have a wide variety of cycling gear, I would have liked to see more choices for other sports and activities. In addition, I was not struck by the quality of their clothing or accessories, although their specialized cycling equipment was fine. My purchases did not last as long as I had hoped and showed obvious evidence of wear and tear much sooner than I had anticipated. Their customer service was poor, as I had to wait a long time for a reaction and was given unhelpful information. It was annoying that they didn't seem to value client satisfaction or respond well to criticism. If you're in the market for a broad variety of high-quality sports equipment and apparel, I wouldn't suggest NUCKILY. There are other companies that offer a wider variety of products and higher quality items at the same price point, so their cycling gear may not be the best option for everyone.
