This is a very good set of four strainers that nest inside each other for easy storage. They have a lower profile than other filters I own, so they aren't deep. It also makes storage easier as they fit in a drawer and don't need to be kept in my closet. They can also be hung on a hook on the wall. The wire mesh is of good quality and fine enough to sift flour, sugar, etc. They are also useful for rinsing rice. They're not good enough for delicate sauces that need to be silky smooth, but they can be used to pre-sift such sauces to remove larger particles that can affect the potency of chinois. Another nice feature is the silicone grips for easy grip. . The manufacturer claims that they are made of stainless steel and are corrosion resistant, but this will take a test of time. What I can say is they look gorgeous and have been through the dishwasher twice. It's interesting to note that the Revain supplement says they're dishwasher safe, but the instruction manual says to avoid the dishwasher to avoid damaging the silicone elements. The workmanship is solid and I expect a long service life. I would say they are worth the price.
