The total price was $12,500. The vendor promptly contacted back to give a heads up that SDEK would be handling the shipment's delivery. The tracking number was emailed the following day. It took roughly a week to get here. The items arrived in a flimsy bubble wrap and tape packaging with a store receipt and a business card attached. The processor looked like it had been previously used when I first opened it (see attached photo), and it had some areas on the front that looked like remnants of sticky tape but weren't actually packed. The textolite is undamaged and free of scratches, and the materials are in good condition overall. Not their aesthetic value, but rather their functionality and temperature range are paramount. Everything works perfectly, and even at full capacity, the device never gets hotter than 53 degrees. If the packing issue can be resolved, then everything is OK, which is why I suggest the seller do so.
