Review on ARRIS Surfboard Certified Spectrum SBG10 by John Reese

Ok guys I reordered this item as the first one was a DUD (see original post below) and to be honest I am giving an updated review as once it is up and running, is great! Easy to set up and use the gateway is much easier compared to a modem and a router. It also felt great to be able to bring a bunch of gear back to Cox Cable and save nearly $100 a month on TV. We use a gateway to stream our TV services via Hulu/YouTube TV (we're still deciding which one to keep). This gateway runs 4 threads with no problems. Two HD TVs and two smartphones. No buffering, no disconnects, no lags. For now I'd switch to 4 stars (the only reason I won't give a 5 is because the "quick start" instructions are confusingly written, what order to connect, and what order to contact your cable provider Will I've been on the phone with Arris and Cox for a while but once connected there was no problem Plug it in instead of turning it on I finally asked AGAIN if this (Spanish/Indian) representative understood that he have no POWER? The answer? "Oh." Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend.
