I like this table as it offers a lot of desk space and the shelves are a very nice addition. It has also been designed so that you can work from either side of the table. The only problem is that the table is 30 inches high. Most standard chairs aren't tall enough for this table (unless you attach a keyboard stand). I don't like keyboard trays and prefer desktop keyboard/mouse, I had to tweak a few other things to get this to work for me. For reference, my height is 5 feet 7 inches. 1) A hard floor mat to keep the wheels of my chair from sinking into the carpet, 2) a chair cushion to raise me high enough off the table so my elbows and wrists are at the right angle, 3) because I was taller I had to order a footrest in the chair to get my legs back to a 90 degree angle (I have sciatica). For the record, most budget drafting chairs are too tall even in the lowest position. I'm actually very comfortable with all my stuffed stuff now, and I'm sitting pretty ergonomically now.
