I have a 2021 Honda CRV Touring. They were easy to put in. There are no instructions, but the pieces are labeled with numbers and an L or R so you know which side they're coming from. They don't seem too sticky so I'm just worried they will move. I hope not. Comes with 3m tape which is nice. You look good in my car. I love the color as it matches the color of my car! If you have the Touring trim, you also have an extra piece that houses the wireless charger. So you can choose whether you want to use it or not.
