Review on Thermaltake Tempered Computer Pre Installed CA 1H8 00M1WN 01 by Michael Kosack

Thermaltake has thought this through really well.

Anyone who has used Thermaltake's excellent cases knows that sometimes they do strange things. Not in this case. This suitcase is aesthetically pleasing and functional, not to mention its modularity. Pros: Durability. The fans were well constructed (nearly silent) with very long cables that could be routed in a variety of ways. Excellent airflow in the front. Despite the closed look, the ventilation openings let the air through well. Dust filters work great (top and bottom). There's plenty of room behind the motherboard for cable management, more than in other cases I've used. Discs can be mounted on the back. The included fan controller was a nice bonus (yes, you have to remove the glass to get to it, but that's not uncommon these days). Cons: The mounting screws on the sides were tiny thumbscrews, replace them with something more handy. The area behind the motherboard is covered in glass so your cables are visible, although the glass is tinted. Gotta work on the wiring for the guys lol. There is no cover around the PSU and at this price I felt like one was needed but it's not hard to make a custom one, just grab some acrylic. Other Thoughts: This case will handle any upgrades I can think of and have included the details for that. Installing water cooling will be an easy task if I decide to go this route. The case is large and light compared to non-glass cases, but that's to be expected. Every time I see it on, it's so relaxing, it's like watching fish in an aquarium.
