I use this belt for my daily runs and have used it on two 5k and 10k runs so far. There is a pocket for a phone and another pocket for small items. I have an iPhone 7 and it fits without a case (it doesn't fit the width but there is extra room for the length). You can see the phone's screen through the plastic display cover, and the touchscreen works through it. The strap stays in place while you run. It's thin and light and I forget I'm wearing it. The storage pocket expands to hold keys, money, lip balm and credit cards. It doesn't have a water container, so if you need one or want to carry even more items, look elsewhere. This belt is great if you don't want a lot of volume.
