Decent support for the price. I had to add some padding to keep the seams from chafing the sensitive areas of my wrist and forearm. I've tried many others but this one is the best. If they add or include a few extra foam pads covered in smooth material on one side and grippy on the other to stay in place, that would get 5 stars. I originally sent it back because it made my problem even more painful, but I bought it again after trying many other brands that weren't as supportive, protective, and comfortable for my injury. I have a scaphoid cruciate ligament tear and a scaphoid fracture. I can't just type with it. I have to tilt my arm which causes muscle and shoulder pain. But given the pain I was in without a brace, this was the best purchase of its kind I have found.
