Print quality is good. Ink cartridges will leak if not handled carefully. Ink tends to clog the printheads if the printer is left idle for several days; I have to do printer cleaning more often than with Brother proprietary inks. I had to order new color cartridges long before I ran out of black ink. Sometimes I have to insert a cartridge multiple times before the printer recognizes it. As I said, the print quality is good; no complaints there. It's just that the cartridges need careful handling to avoid leaks and they need to be installed "just like that". However, given the very competitive price, that's a small downside considering how well the ink works when properly installed.
