At first everything was well packed and everything was in its place. Needle, already sorted threads, instructions, pattern and punched fabric. It is recommended to cut the length of the thread in half, which I did to prevent it from getting tangled. I have split the thread into 3 thread parts. Other than that, I had enough thread to complete it, but I wouldn't say I had much more! So if you are prone to mistakes you must either use 2 strands or buy more. I ended up having to buy some of the yarn because I went on vacation and left some at home. The seller will provide you with the appropriate dmc floss numbers and the colors match as they should. It took me 2 weeks to complete the project, I probably embroidered 5-6 hours a day. I recommend a higher quality needle, mine is a bit bent. The canvas is strong enough that you don't need to use a hoop, but it's easier and faster for me to use. The final rinsing process was easy but took some time. First, I filled the sink with warm water and a small amount of dish soap as directed in the instructions. The water quickly turned green as the marker began to erode. I felt it would be more effective to run the water over it to get more color before soaking it. I continued to hold it under the running water, adding a drop or two of dish soap from time to time until the water ran clear. At this point I let it soak and checked every 15 minutes. It took a full hour of soaking before the color was *mostly* lifted. The title and color legend box are not completely erased. I would expect it to be framed or matted and only show the inside of the guides and wasn't expecting to get extra space outside of the guides, but the area inside is completely clean. You wouldn't even know they were there!
