Very satisfied. I was cheap and made the cakes by hand and with a rolling pin. You should place the dough slightly off-center so it doesn't slide over the edges, or use a smaller ball of dough. I would order again. Also let the weight of the cast iron balance the dough, it doesn't take much force to do the job. The cast iron will break if too much weight is put on the handle, although it appears to be better finished than the picture when it breaks. Remember this is not steel. Enjoy!
