Glad I bought this grinder to replace my 30 year old one which still works well. On first use I noticed that this unit (500w) was slower than my old one (250w) and noisier. Third use, I cooked 20 pounds of pork. The machine processed about 5 pounds, then stopped working and died completely. I had to use my old block to finish the job. The attachments are well made, but the main unit is flimsy and cheap. It will not take long.
