WiFi killers and other bad things

Let's start with the good points: very nice looks, tight connections and of course lots of ports to use at the same time. Now my take on why you should not buy this item is that I only use a few ports at a time and it is plugged into a USB-C port on my laptop. I am currently using both HDMI ports and three USB-A ports. The USB-A ports are only used for wireless mouse and keyboard buttons and the password-protected touch button. I am only using this device for one day and am returning it because: A) I need to be within 2 feet of the device for any of my wireless devices to work. The same wireless devices had over 6 feet of wireless connectivity on my other adapter (Anker 1to4 USB-A splitter). Even worse than the horrific and inexplicable wireless issues is that this device, perhaps due to its power transfer abilities, randomly but frequently triggers my touch button, meaning I generate random gibberish with almost everything I do. had to re-read this post to make sure it's not here either. Do not purchase this item if you rely on wireless or USB-A-Touch dongles. I'll edit this post with a better recommendation once I find it.
