Review on 🔲 Rugged Ridge 11401.32 Grille Insert, Black: The Perfect Fit for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK by Alvis Minchenko

First of all let me say that I love the look of this grid. The installation process took a lot longer than I expected as the grille didn't fit my 2018 jku Freedom Edition very well. As mentioned in other reviews, the screws on the top are too long to screw in from the top, so I had to screw them in from the bottom. I think newer JK models should have flatter bolts/screws to solve this problem. Second, I didn't know that my grille (Mopar Dragon grille) came with inserts in the grille grooves from the factory. I wasn't able to get the grille flush to the inside without cutting off part of the bottom (see picture). It wasn't a big deal and you can't see it from the front, but if you have a special edition with different parts, take a look at what parts you have on your jeep. As others have mentioned, the bar that goes in the back didn't fit well, but bends easily to adjust.
