I loved her. Light, strong frame. Good sound. Excellent marketing. I wanted a pair of headphones back in the world and they had very impressive style and 80 hour battery life. I took it out of the box and was greeted with a very basic manual, a USB-C cable, and a coiled 3.5mm cable. Then I went to test. Super comfortable and super light. It sounded good and I was ready to take it outside for a test. I charged it on my wireless tablet in minutes. 20 minutes for a 20 hour charge. Then I went to the best store to see what was on sale. And he made no sound. I checked the connection and it was connected to my phone but nothing worked. I checked the volume and set it to maximum, the music plays but there is no sound. Solid white light. Decided to drop it. How would I reset it? I pressed the button and held it for a few seconds. Nothing. held longer. Nothing. Looking for other keys. No other buttons except the rotary knob. Googled how to reset. Nothing in the manual. Nothing on the site. Came home and plugged in USB. Nothing. Plugged in the audio cable. I heard the sound of my computer. turned it off Nothing. The solid white dot does not change. I was so angry. I will not buy anything from this brand.
