Update: After contacting the seller they promptly agreed to a full refund so I'm updating my rating to 3 stars instead of 1. 1 star product, 5 star customer service = 3 star rating. Initial review: I bought these to have hose clamps on hand for my mobile mechanical shop. Out of the 6 customer vehicles I have used these clamps on, I had to replace the clamp on 5 vehicles due to fluid leaks within 1-2 weeks of installation. The 6th failed during installation, the clamp just didn't seal the hose. Now I've passed the return window, so I think I'm stuck with a bunch of useless clips that I won't be using on my customers' cars again. Purchasing these clamps was not only a waste of money but also cost me and my company time and money (fuel isn't cheap these days) because I had to travel to my customers to replace the useless clamp. Time that could be spent generating profits elsewhere.
