The best part is it's flexibility, you can use this software for any project whether its residential or commercial building. You can also make changes in your own way without having to go through support team. I don't like that everything needs to be saved before sending files to other users; especially if file size exceeds 200mb. I have been using bimsrv for my construction projects with multiple subcontractors from different cities/states. This has made things very easy as each user gets their own task list which then leads them to individual documents where they are able to edit and submit work.
