Review on RUYU by Tony Guernsey

My expectations were dashed when I discovered that RUYU's commitment to quality was all talk and no action. I had been looking forward to checking out some of their products. The things that were sent to me were of poor quality and did not live up to the expectations that were presented. The low quality could be seen in both the components that were used to make the products and the craftsmanship that went into making them. It seemed as though RUYU was more preoccupied with finding ways to save money on their operations than actually delivering on the quality that they had promised. In addition to everything else going wrong, their customer support was terrible. When I attempted to resolve my concerns by reaching out to various parties, I was met with responses that were not helpful and a general lack of concern. It was abundantly obvious that they had no interest in either resolving the problem or enhancing the quality of their products. In general, my time spent with RUYU was marred by a profound sense of dissatisfaction. Their claim that they are committed to quality was nothing more than a clever marketing ploy, and both the standard of their products and the service they provided to customers was lacking. They are not a company that I would recommend to anyone who is searching for high-quality goods.
