The simplicity of using this product in comparison with other more complicated tools makes it easy for me as an inexperienced user! I think there could be some improvement if they had better tutorials or information about how all these functions work together but overall really like what i have seen so far!! Also love their customer support team who are always willing/able take my calls when needed :) There's not much dislike here at least from myself (the owner) because everything has been great thusfar! Would highly recommend giving them try since we were able use something simple yet effective instead of paying large monthly fees per month plus having many different programs available within our industry which can get confusing sometimes :).

Having such control over pricing helps us tremendously by being one less thing out side management needs worry / look after regarding cost cutting etc.. It also saves time spent doing paperwork.
